Asia-Based Contract Manufacturing
To meet your dynamic requirements, UOI’s global presence includes multiple contractual partnerships with efficient, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities throughout Asia. These facilities work closely with our management and engineering staff in the US to provide superb customer service tailored to fit your specific needs. But, since we do not own these manufacturing facilities ourselves, we do not have the overhead associated with maintaining them. In addition, our partners take full advantage of powerful local labor resources. As a result, your total costs are significantly reduced.
Global Procurement of Raw Materials
In an effort to ensure that our products are the highest quality, lowest cost possible from the ground-up, we procure our raw materials from multiple sources throughout Asia and the world. This not only reduces your total costs, but ensures raw material availability and continuity in your supply chain.
Total Quality Control System
As part of our Total Quality Control System, UOI rigorously inspects our manufacturing partner’s facilities and fabrication processes before entering into contractual agreements with them and then re-inspects them at regular intervals. We also frequently inspect product samples to ensure product quality.
In addition, our manufacturing partners are required to adhere to ISO 9000 manufacturing guidelines and all of our products are guaranteed Telcordia compliant.
